She walks!

Yemaya and I spent a long day waiting for things to happen at our loft.  It was hot and super boring with a big long hallway, so Yemaya decided (at last) to walk.  She's not always this sad when she walks, but this is the only one I could capture on camera.

Where did a year go?

Well, we made it!  She turned one last week.  We had a great time at a house in Sonoma with friends and family.  Thanks to Hop, Sue, Kate, Owen and Becca for making the long trip to celebrate with us.  Pictures have been demanded, so here they are.

trying to put it on. She wasn't crying, but was a bit stuck. So, I
